All items are final sale. In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the USPS, DHL or any other delivery service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS, DHL or any other delivery service, we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS,DHL & Ext.
